King&Nir are a funk/raggae/groove team using human voice only, without instruments or pre-prepared music. They do this by live-looping their own voices and using various vocal effects.

King Kwa-Zulu – human-beatbox, M.C. DJ, live performer Hometown: South Africa (Lusutu) Hails from Brooklyn New York

Nir Yaniv – vocal-looping, vocal effects, singing, guitarist, bassist, drummer, Hells Angel Hometown: Outerspace

 

All of King&Nir's Music is created live, without any pre-recorded materials or musical instruments. This is a voice-only operation!

The loops are recorded live using a 4-channel loop-sampler, and we boost it by using vocal-effects: an octaver (for the bass parts), reverbs, delays, distortions and other mind-blowing sounds.
